RENTAL CONDITIONS

Issuance

The Offeror is bound by the offer provided that at the time of confirmation of the offer by the Ordering Party, the Offeror has available inventory to fulfill the said order.

Rental period

The rental period is the period between the day the rented equipment is issued and returned. The rental period is 78 hours (3 days), each subsequent day is 50% of the rental price.

Return

The rented inventory must be returned to the Lessor in the same condition as it was issued to the Lessee. The rental price of tablecloths and tableware includes subsequent washing and processing by the Lessor. If the rented inventory shows any defects or the inventory does not comply with the price quote, the Lessee is obliged to notify the Lessor immediately, but no later than the start of the Lessee's event. If the Lessor has not been notified of the defects on time, it is considered that the defect has occurred during the rental period and in the Lessee's possession. The returned inventory must be correctly packed in the same packaging in which it was when rented. Food and drinks and other accessories (paper, candle grease, etc.) must be removed from the dishes; if food and drinks are not removed from the dishes for return, a garbage handling fee will be added. NB! When returning unsorted inventory, the customer will be invoiced for sorting in the amount of 20% of the inventory rental price.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order 3 calendar days before or on the same day, you will be charged 75% of the total order cost.

Compensation

If the fault or defect indicated by the Lessee is due to the Lessee's fault, or due to the Lessee's improper use of the inventory, the Lessee is obliged to compensate for the costs of repairing or replacing the inventory and the damage. The exact cost of damage to the product is set out in the Rental Agreement.

Responsibility

The Lessee shall be fully responsible for the preservation of the inventory from the transfer of direct possession from the Lessor until the return of the inventory to the Lessor (i.e. throughout the entire rental period). In the event of destruction, breakage, loss or theft of the rented inventory, the Lessee shall be obliged to compensate the Lessor for the rental items. The Lessee shall pay for the destroyed inventory in the amount of the sales price established by the Lessor. The exact sales price of the product is set out in the Rental Agreement.

Content creation

The lessor has the right to take photographs and videos of its inventory and decorations and use them in any way it deems necessary.

Transport

The rental prices listed on the website do not include transportation costs. Transportation costs are covered by the Renter. The transportation price depends on the rented inventory and destination.
